Compensation & Benefits:
Pay Range: $62,210 - $88,730 (based on qualifications and experience).

Job Description:
We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a partner school for children from ages 3-5. We are seeking a hardworking individual to join our speech therapy team on a full-time basis for the 2024-2025 school year. The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for collaborating with key stakeholders regarding students communication and development of life skills.
Additional responsibilities will include;
- Provide daily services for students including direct, small group sessions, and push in utilizing evidence-based practices to enhance communication skills
- Determine eligibility of students for speech therapy services and clearly identify necessary classroom accommodations
- Provide appropriate speech and language intervention for eligible students
- Navigate the dismissal process for students who are no longer eligible for speech and language services
- Participates in team meetings for the development of students’ individualized education programs
- Completes relevant paperwork within required timelines per federal and state law, district policy, and procedures
Speech Language Pathologist Requirements:
- School-based and/or pediatric experience working with all ages
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid PA SLP license from the Pennsylvania Board of Speech-Language Pathologists
- Valid PA Education Specialist Certificate from the Pennsylvania Department of Education
