AnthroMed Education is seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at a High School in East Aurora. This full-time position will be based onsite and this SLP will start as soon as possible and be at this school through May 23rd, 2025. We are looking for a passionate professional to provide support our students' communication needs. The position offers an excellent opportunity for collaboration with a supportive team, including a full-time SLP and a part-time SLP already in the building.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans for students.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to address speech and language delays, articulation, fluency, and language processing issues.
- Collaborate with other educators, staff, and parents to ensure a holistic approach to student support.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and treatment plans.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and IEP meetings as necessary.
- Support students in academic settings and help them access the curriculum effectively through speech and language support.
- Provide professional recommendations for classroom accommodations and modifications.
- Current Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) Speech Language Pathologist Masters Degree
- Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL).
- Open to Clinical Fellows.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Experience or interest in working with high school students preferred.
- This is a full-time position requiring 5 days per week.
- The schedule has already been made, and you will be joining a supportive team with another full-time SLP and a part-time SLP in the building.
- Background check through our partner district, TB/Physical required upon offer of employment.
