We’re excited to invite a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join the team at a dynamic Elementary School that prioritizes collaboration, innovation, and student growth for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year.
About the School:
This Elementary School is home to 1,000 students and offers a unique dual-language environment, where students learn in both English and Spanish through collaborative teaching. With diverse classrooms—including life learning (functional), structured learning (supporting students on the autism spectrum), general education, and others—this school fosters inclusivity and academic success for all.
Your Role as an SLP:
- Collaborate with four other Speech-Language Pathologists to divide caseloads, ensuring equitable workloads (approximately 30-40 students per SLP).
- Support a variety of student needs, including speech-only cases and students in specialized classrooms.
- Conduct assessments, create individualized therapy plans, and deliver services in alignment with IEP goals.
- Utilize Embrace for documentation and progress tracking.
- Work in your own designated space, promoting a comfortable and efficient therapy environment.
- Enjoy a duty-free lunch and a supportive, collaborative team environment.
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 7:15 AM – 2:50 PM
Pay & Benefits:
- The pay range for this position is 54,000-65,000K annually, based on qualifications and experience.
- Paid Time Off starts at 6 days and is prorated based on the start date.

What You Bring to the Role:
- A Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current licensure (or eligibility) in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA, or working toward eligibility.
- A passion for helping students communicate, connect, and thrive.
