Are you driven by the desire to make a lasting impact in students' lives? We’re seeking a dedicated and passionate School Social Worker to join our vibrant K-8th grade school community, focusing on K-6th grade students.

What You’ll Do:

Support a Growing Caseload: Take charge of a caseload of 35-40 students, with the expectation that it will grow by about 10 more students throughout the year. Your role will be critical in helping each student thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
Collaborate and Innovate: Partner with another School Social Worker who supports the full K-8th grade range. Together, you’ll create and implement interventions that meet the diverse needs of our students, ensuring that no one falls through the cracks.
Engage Fully with Our Community: With school hours from approximately 7:45 AM - 3:45 PM, you’ll have the time to deeply engage with students, teachers, and families, creating a supportive and inclusive environment.
