Clinical Fellow Support:
AnthroMed Education will ensure you have a wonderful Clinical Fellowship Mentor
Bi-weekly team meetings with all SLPs on our team
We provide regular one-on-one support with our Clinical Support Director for all CFs
Generous materials stipend for the school year
You will be reimbursed for 100% of your ASHA dues and licensure fees in the state of Maryland
We want to help you achieve your short- and long-term professional goals!
Provide speech and language therapy for eligible students
Conduct evaluations of speech and other disorders for school aged children
Develop individualized treatment plans with goals targeting students
Utilize augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices and other assistive technologies as needed
Participates in team meetings for the development of students’ individualized education programs
Engage in continuous professional learning and development through supervision, mentorship, and ongoing education
Work collaboratively with other staff members within the school district including educators, family members, etc.
Speech Language Pathologist Requirements:
School-based and/or pediatric experience working with school-aged kids
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
Valid MD SLP license from the Maryland Board of Speech-Language Pathologists
