AnthroMed Education is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist professional to join our team and fill in for a leave need at one of our partner schools in Glen Ellyn, Illinois.

Position Overview: As a speech-language pathologist at AnthroMed Education, you will play a crucial role in supporting students' communication and language development. You will work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other professionals to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of Elementary students while being supported by the resources and expertise of AnthroMed Education.

Responsibilities:

• Work 2 days a week, beginning March 1st through the end of the school year. 
• Provide therapy services to students ages 3-21 in a Self-Contained setting. 
• Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success.
• Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in groups.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed.
• Stay current on best practices in speech-language pathology and participate in professional development opportunities.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• State licensure in Illinois and certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for helping students achieve their full potential.

Pay & Benefits:

• The pay range for this position is $41 per hour - $55 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
