Exciting Opportunity for a Speech-Language Pathologist!

Join our dedicated team at a Therapeutic Day Elementary School, where your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) will play a critical role in helping students achieve both emotional stability and academic success.

Position Details:

  • Part-Time Flexibility: Work 2-3 days per week, offering you the balance of meaningful work and personal time.
  • Collaborative Environment: Be part of a supportive team of SLPs, working together to provide holistic care and intervention.
  • Manageable Caseload: Handle a caseload of around 20 students or less, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality, individualized care—without the burden of case management.
  • Work Schedule: Your typical workday will be from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with a 30-minute duty-free lunch, making it a 7-hour billable day.

Compensation:

  • Competitive Hourly Pay: Earn between $45.21/hr to $51.94/hr, reflecting your expertise and commitment to making a difference.

About the therapeutic elementary school: The program is specifically designed to meet the needs of students diagnosed with severe social/emotional disabilities. You’ll find an environment rich with intensive, supportive, and individualized mental health services, coupled with opportunities for academic success. They serve students who require additional support beyond those provided in a general education setting to achieve emotional and academic stability.

The goal is to empower students to succeed in the least restrictive environment possible, with your support playing a key role in their journey.
