Job Title: Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Position Overview:

Join AnthroMed Education as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist supporting both middle and high school students. This full-time position runs from September 3rd, 2024, to June 20th, 2025, and offers a dynamic opportunity to work with students in different educational settings. You will split your time between middle and high schools, located within a short commute of each other.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess students' speech and language needs and create individualized treatment plans (IEP/504) as necessary.
  • Deliver direct and indirect speech therapy services, adapting to various learning environments.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of student progress and required documentation.
  • Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to promote student development and success.

Caseload Details:

  • Caseload: 65 students receiving direct services and an additional 10 students on consult only.
  • High School Focus: Primarily pragmatic and advanced language groups.
  • Middle School Focus: Self-contained language-based program with curriculum-integrated group lessons.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid Professional Educator License (DESE).
