What You’ll Do:

• Comprehensive Support: Provide both direct and indirect support to the Middle School student population using the school’s caseload model that accounts for the full scope of a Social Worker’s duties.
• Collaborate: Work closely with educators, school staff, and families to foster a nurturing and inclusive environment for all students.
• Assess and Advocate: Conduct evaluations, identify student needs, and advocate for their rights both within the school and through community resources.
• Foster Well-Being: Promote a positive school climate that supports students’ mental, emotional, and social development.
• Confidential Care: Maintain comprehensive and confidential records of student progress, assessments, and interventions.

• Competitive Compensation: Choose between annualized salaries or hourly pay, with weekly pay. Typical salary range: $58,000 - $68,000.

What You’ll Need:

• Master’s (MSW) or Doctoral degree in Social Work.
• IL PEL with an endorsement in Social Work.
