We’re looking for a dedicated and passionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Melrose Park, IL. This full-time role is in an elementary school and runs daily from 8:30-3:35. You’ll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on a caseload of 38 students in PreK-5th grade, all of whom are in resource or general education classrooms. Location: Melrose Park, IL
Hours: 37.5 hours/week
Hours: 8:30 am – 3:35 pm

Speech-Language Pathologist Duties:
- Complete evaluations to assess speech needs and areas of growth
- Provide direct and indirect speech and language services to students
- Assist case manager with developing student Individualized Education Plan (IEP)
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and classroom teachers to meet the students’ speech and/or language needs
- Observe students and collect data to measure progress and adjust treatment plans
- Facilitate staff and community training in the area of communication disorders
- Master’s degree in Communication Disorders
- Professional Educators License (PEL) eligible in the state of Illinois
- Preferred experience in a K-12 setting
