Compensation & Benefits:
Pay Range: $56,330 - $71,810 (based on qualifications and experience).

School Social Worker Responsibilities:
- Providing individual and group counseling for elementary and middle school students in two different buildings
- Collaborating closely with teachers, parents, and administrators to create a supportive school environment
- Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback for improvement
- Support students in setting academic goals, resolving conflicts, and overcoming personal challenges
- Become a valued member of the school’s counseling team
- Willingness to support students on your caseload and others who require as-needed counseling
School Counselor Requirements:
- School-based and/or pediatric experience working with all ages
- Master's Degree in Social Work or a related field
- 3+ years of Social Work experience highly preferred
- Valid PDE School Social Worker or Educational Specialist PK-12 Certificate required
