Compensation & Benefits:

Pay Range: $56,330 - $71,810 (based on qualifications and experience).

School Social Worker Responsibilities:

• Providing individual and group counseling for elementary and middle school students in two different buildings
• Collaborating closely with teachers, parents, and administrators to create a supportive school environment 
• Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback for improvement
• Support students in setting academic goals, resolving conflicts, and overcoming personal challenges 
• Become a valued member of the school’s counseling team
• Willingness to support students on your caseload and others who require as-needed counseling

School Counselor Requirements:

• School-based and/or pediatric experience working with all ages
• Master's Degree in Social Work or a related field
• 3+ years of Social Work experience highly preferred
• Valid PDE School Social Worker or Educational Specialist PK-12 Certificate required
