Location: Gages Lake, IL
Salary Range: $55,000-$70,000 annually based on experience. Or can choose hourly if preferred :)

About the Role:
The role is focused on supporting a school district in Gages Lake with their social work needs including:
-Provide push-in and pull out services
-Collaborate with teachers and other related services providers to implement modifications and strategies that will support student success
-Provide and document direct/consult therapy minutes as required on each students’ IEP
-Maintain appropriate records relating to student files and goal tracking
- Attend IEP and team meetings
-Provide support to members of the IEP team and caregivers in the areas of social and emotional development
