Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:25 AM - 3:45 PM 
Caseload: 45 students (with the support of another part-time SLP)

AnthroMed Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join a supportive and welcoming school district, providing speech and language services to students in grades K-8. This is a unique opportunity to work in a close-knit school environment where you can make a significant impact on the communication development and academic success of students with mild-to-moderate speech and language disorders. The ideal candidate will be committed to fostering an inclusive and positive learning atmosphere, collaborating with teachers, staff, and families, and delivering quality speech therapy services to students with various communication challenges. Responsibilities:
-Provide Direct Therapy: Deliver individual and small group speech therapy services to approximately 45 students with mild-to-moderate speech and language disorders.
-Collaborate with Other Staff: Work alongside the part-time SLP, part-time speech-language assistant, classroom teachers, and other school staff to coordinate services and ensure students receive comprehensive support.
-Assessments and Evaluations: Conduct speech and language assessments, including screenings and evaluations, to determine student needs and develop individualized therapy plans.
 -IEP Development & Documentation: Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to the development of IEPs (Individualized Education Plans), and maintain accurate, up-to-date records for each student.
 -Student Progress Monitoring: Regularly monitor and document student progress, making data-driven decisions for therapy adjustments and collaborating with families and staff to track improvement.
 
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- PEL License
