Hourly: $43.02 - $51.21/hr Salary: $53,000 - $63,090
Hours: 8:00 AM - 3:15 PM, Wednesdays until 4:15 PM
Caseload: Less than 9 students
Grade Level: 4th-5th


AnthroMed Education is seeking a compassionate and dedicated School Social Worker to join our team for the remainder of the school year. This School Social Worker will work alongside a skilled and supportive colleague, focusing on the social-emotional well-being of our students. You will be part of a supportive team dedicated to enhancing student well-being and academic success. If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people and have the skills to address the challenges students face, we encourage you to apply.


Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual counseling sessions with students.
- Provide Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) push-in lessons for small groups.
- Supervise and engage with students during recess.
- Facilitate 1:1 lunch sessions for additional support.
- Collaborate with the team to implement the Second Step program and address monthly topics.
- Maintain a manageable caseload of fewer than 9 students, ensuring personalized attention and support.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work
- PEL License
- IDFPR License
