About the Role:
Are you a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist driven to make a difference in students' lives? AnthroMed Education invites you to join our passionate team to fulfill an FMLA coverage position in a partner school in Aurora, Illinois. As a Speech-Language Pathologist with AnthroMed Education, you’ll be a vital member of a collaborative educational team, guiding students in their communication and language growth. This position provides a wonderful opportunity to impact Pre-K students positively, supported by the resources and expertise of the AnthroMed Education network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work full-time, Monday through Friday, starting immediately - 4/42025.
  • Deliver speech and language therapy services for Pre-K students.
  • Support students within a self-contained environment.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose speech and language needs.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs.
  • Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and other professionals to foster student success.
  • Track and document student progress, adjusting treatments as necessary.
  • Stay informed on the latest best practices in speech-language pathology and engage in ongoing professional development.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • State licensure in Illinois and certification by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Experience with school-aged children, particularly at the Pre-K level.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to helping students reach their full potential.

Pay & Benefits:

  • The pay range for this position is 55,000-65,000K annually, based on qualifications and experience.
  • Paid Time Off starts at 6 days and is prorated based on the start date.
  • Employees who work 30+ hours per week are eligible for the full-time employee benefits offered by AnthroMed.
