We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Elementary School Social Worker to join our team in Arlington Heights, IL. This position is a full-time, temporary role, running from ASAP until March 10th, 2025. The Social Worker will be responsible for supporting the social, emotional, and behavioral development of students within an elementary school setting.

Responsibilities:
- Case Management: Manage and track a caseload of students with varying social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
- Individual & Group Counseling: Provide individual and group counseling sessions to students in need of emotional or behavioral support.
- Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, administrators, parents, and other school professionals to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) or Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) for students.
- Assessments & Referrals: Conduct assessments to identify students' needs and make appropriate referrals for outside services as needed.
- Master's degree in Social Work
- IDFPR License
- PEL License
