Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

AnthroMed Education is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team for a full-time position starting ASAP through May 23rd, 2025. This role will support a PreK-1st grade building, where you will focus on coaching, intervening, and supporting both staff and students.

Position Details:

• Location: Beecher, IL
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday
• Duration: ASAP – May 23rd, 2025
• Focus: Supporting PreK-1st grade students with behavior interventions
• No supervision of RBTs

Responsibilities:

• Provide behavior interventions and coaching to staff and students
• Develop and implement behavior plans for students
• Support classroom staff in managing student behaviors
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective strategies

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Experience working with young children, preferably in a school setting
• Strong ability to create and implement behavior plans
• Excellent communication skills for working with staff and families
