Location: York, Pennsylvania
About the role:
- Collaborates with staff to enhance speech and language development in the classroom setting for students K-8th grade.
- Completes all job duties within required timelines per federal and state law, district policy, and procedures.
- Determine eligibility of students for speech therapy services.
- Use a variety of service delivery models, evidence-based practices, and facilitate professional development for teachers and support staff.
- Provides accommodations in the classroom including visual aids or supports, or augmentative communication systems.
- Provide speech and language therapy for eligible students.
- Participates in team meetings for the development of students’ individualized education programs.
- Completes relevant paperwork within required timelines per federal and state law, district policy, and procedures.
Qualifications:
- School-based and/or pediatric experience working with K-8th grade children.
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Valid PA SLP license from the Pennsylvania Board of Speech-Language Pathologists.
- Valid PA Education Specialist Certificate from the Pennsylvania Department of Education

- Regular meetings with all SLPs on our team
- Our Clinical Support Director is available for 1:1 calls and coaching
